Interview
It wasn’t too bad. One super day and a phone call before. The process took about seven hours in total. The interviewer asked basic fit questions and a series of technicals focusing on accounting.
Phone call interview. Interviewer sounded very monotone and uninterested. Asked about in depth details about my resume. Was difficult to maintain a conversation but seemed to ask alot about additional info section.

What's your background, why finance, why Guggenheim?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Guggenheim Partners (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2014
Interview
Applied online and after several weeks was contacted by HR to come in to their Dublin offices for an interview. There were three seperate interview rooms with two interviewers in each. First room looked at logical reasoning (ie. Brain Teasers), second was accountancy based, and the final room was a run through of my background and the job in question.
I havn't heard back from them and its been two weeks so it doesn't look like it'll be good news. Fell down on the accounts stuff.
If I had gotten through the final round is a week long case study followed by a presentation.

Question 1
The most difficult aspect of the interview was being asked about financial statement analysis with no accounts in front of me. The interviewers weren't exactly very friendly either.
