I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Guggenheim Partners (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
The whole process was very quick, and it took place on campus. There was a resume drop on campus, and they then reached out to have an interview. The superday was a week or two after at their main headquarters in New York City. It was not a very stressful process at all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They did not emphasize the technical questions at all because those are easily memorized because it doesn't show how intelligent you actually are. They just want to know how you think. The interviewer asked me why I chose my school, why I chose my major, and what I thought about current events implications for companies, etc.
