Interview
There were two rounds: a phone interview and a Super Day at the office in New York. The phone interview included walking the interviewer through your resume and stating why you were interested in investment banking/Guggenheim, and a few technical questions. I got invited to a Super Day afterwards, and it consisted of three interviews: resume walkthrough, technical, and behavior/fit. The technicals were pretty hard--they purposefully asked questions that were not in any of the interview guides online.

First round was a take-home writing assessment, then a superday with 4 rounds of interview, asking both behavioural and technical questions. Interviewers were mostly really friendly and more interested in learning more about you and how you suited for the role

Technicals aren't very difficult, and they mostly look at fit.
You need to network especially if it's a small office.
