Applied through student application portal. Received first round interview with ECM group. Met with VP and an analyst on zoom. Interviewers were polite; however, my background and experiences clearly did not align with what the group was looking for. Questions focused entirely on equity markets and macroeconomic trends.

First round was a take-home writing assessment, then a superday with 4 rounds of interview, asking both behavioural and technical questions. Interviewers were mostly really friendly and more interested in learning more about you and how you suited for the role
3 Rounds: phone -> Zoom -> in person super day
Technicals aren't very difficult, and they mostly look at fit.
You need to network especially if it's a small office.
