Video introduction/phone call, and take home excel test. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Process was first a zoom call introduction (not technical), then heard back and was asked to do a take-home excel test, then was asked back on the phone to explain the excel test. Ideally, I would have gone on to an on-sight interview
