I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Guggenheim Partners (Frisco, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
I work for this company for 6 months as a contractor and was hoping to be apart of the team. I was replace the first week I was their by someone that had been there 7 months with no experience, no training, no education and no skills in Microsoft software. The reason I know is because I was doing her job after they demoted me to the position she had before I started. This took place in the Frisco office located in the Texas area. I thought they would at lest hiring for her old position but, they didn't even consider me even through HR sent over my resume to be considered as a candidate. During the interviewing process I found out they were considered other people so needless to say I didn’t get the job and I walked away. I thought about reporting them to EEOC and I still might consider it just to put them on notice. I don't recommend this company to anyone especially African Americans because, I was the only one there. I was hurt, upset and angry because I had never been treated so poorly at a company. I'm currently married to my yes, white husband and getting my Master in HR. I'm hoping that I can be apart the solution to the issues.
