GuideOne Insurance New Business Representative interview questions

I was given an interview opportunity with GuideOne through a staffing agency for a position in their personal lines department. The interview process only consisted of a phone interview, and I had the impression the whole process seemed rushed as if they needed to fill this position quickly. That concerned me a little, but at the time it was the best offer available and was for 40 hours a week.
