The Interview Process went extremely well. The team worked around my schedule and were very accommodating. Due to my certain situation, I needed that the interviews be expedited and they worked with me, keeping me updated on every step to ensure that I knew what would happen next. It started with a simple recruiter phone screen which moved onto another phone screen with a hiring manager and finally an onsite interview. Throughout each step, I was notified immediately with what the next steps were and feedback. The onsite team was an array of people that I presumably would be working close with. The questions were very work related and fair. They didn't ask random brain teasers to test your knowledge on completely unrelated fields. I liked how the process was straightforward so that you could tell they really were just looking someone qualified for the job. I was notified of my offer very shortly (within a day) of my final round interview, which I felt showed their enthusiasm and excitement to have me on board. The offer was very fair and up to standard market value. Negotiations were short and sweet, I was able to talk to the Head of Talent about negotiations and we worked on what we both believed as a fair deal. She was also very kind on helping me discuss career paths and helping me decide on what my wants and needs were from a company that ultimately helped me in signing a great deal.
