The recruiter was very friendly and easy to talk to. She was very prompt in terms of email communication and offered tips and advice for my next interview with the hiring manager. The second round with the hiring manager was a bit more intense with her asking more about my direct experiences to the role. I didn't have enough experience for the role, but it was really great hearing more about their business model and marketing efforts at the company.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Guidebook in Feb 2015
Interview
A few initial emails exchanged back and forth, and a couple phone screens left me feeling like the interview was going well, but then was left hanging completely, and never got a response back, positive or negative. I really liked the recruiter I spoke with, but I all communication ceased once I shared my minimum salary requirement. I had heard they offered below-market compensation before interviewing and I suspect this was a big part of the reason I was abruptly taken out of the interview process.
