I was approached by the company, and shortly there after, the Hiring manager called me to have a 20-30 introductory phone interview/conversation. I was asked to come on site for an interview, and the day of the interview (mind you, I had already taken a day off from work to commit to this), they email to inform me that they have continued the process with someone else for the position.
