Overall, the process was really good. Started with a phone call with a recruiter, who did a good job discussing the role, work-culture, expectations, and future growth plans. Later, I came onsite and met with with a lot of different colleagues I would be working with from sales, marketing, hr, and the executive team. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in my background and experience, as well as interests, and who I was outside of the office. They seemed to care a lot about the company culture, and it seemed that each interviewer was invested in the company's decision making.
