Applied online a month ago. Didn't hear back until last week. Had a phone interview which went well. Was told I would receive another phone interview. Guy who was supposed to call me never did, was busy in a meeting. We rescheduled interview for the next week. Same guy left me hanging AGAIN, this time with no explanation. Was asked for availability for another phone interview, which I provided. Instead of a confirmation, got an email saying they "moved forward with another candidate." Big waste of my time. Very unprofessional.
