The first interview was via phone call, second was via video chat, the third would be with the team members. Scheduling was via email and straight forward. The first interview was more conversational, the second was more formal in tone. Technical questions were asked during the second interview, the first was to get an overall feel for your qualifications. The company was going through a shift at the time, which would influence the order for interviewing and timing.
