Two steps, first met with a recruiter which was easy enough. Just went over my resume a bit, then was informed of the 2nd round. During the 2nd round I met with a hiring manager, which was much of the same. One big thing is that they held an interview coaching session the day before my interview- and the hiring manager asked me the same questions they went over in the coaching.
