Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 - 30 minute interviews, back to back, with members of the project I would be working on and then the overall sector leader. Very standard interview with mainly behavioral questions and questions regarding my current experience.
The panel interview was the toughest part—three stakeholders (from IT, Finance, and Operations) each asked scenario-based questions from their perspective, so I had to adapt quickly and address conflicting priorities. They pushed me to explain how I’d gather requirements in difficult situations, handle scope changes, and manage resistance from stakeholders.
