1 recruiter round and 3 rounds of actual interview. final round was with a partner. accepted the offer but still waiting on a public trust clearance over a month later. little to no communication from the recruiter about where i am at in the clearance process.

The recruiters are the downfall of this company. I interviewed through a referral for multiple positions with different recruiters. Made it through multiple rounds/final rounds and even got promised and offer then was ultimately ghosted after following up with the recruiter multiple times. The scheduling time between each round even took up to 3 weeks at one point. The sad part is I connected with the associates I interviewed with and could see myself working there. I was told project needs changed but unfortunately not all recruiters communicate that and will leave you with unanswered questions.

Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected
