From the initial application to the final round of interviews, I always knew where I stood and felt respected as a candidate.
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
