Phone screening with HR, followed by two rounds of in-person interviews with Senior RAs and RAs. After mentioning that I could not make a full-time commitment throughout the process and being assured it was viable, I was given a verbal offer. However, management changed their mind and made full-time training a requirement, subsequently withdrawing the contract. Clear miscommunication between HR and other offices, wasting the time of candidates.
