I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Guidepoint (New York, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
4 rounds. Started with a phone interview, then second round on phone, then in person interview, then finally a mock project that you do at home on your own time.
The interview was quite lengthy. The TA screen lasted over 30 minutes, which was unnecessary. The person from the Talent Acquisition team kept speaking non-stop without giving a chance to respond or ask questions — it felt overwhelming.
The first round interview was conducted online via video call. The atmosphere wasn’t bad. I occasionally got some “what if” questions. But I was asked “Do you have any questions?” about five times.

The process is typically structured in stages that allow you to engage with different team members, giving you a well-rounded understanding of the role and the team dynamic. You'll have the chance to ask insightful questions, demonstrate your expertise, and explore how you can contribute to the company’s success.
Overall, the interview is a constructive and positive experience, helping both parties make an informed decision about moving forward together.
