Heard back from the interview team about 2 weeks after applying. I had to fill out several essay questions and shortly after had a zoom interview. Most of the questions were situational and asked how I would handle parent concerns, staffing, tuition payments. I had to do another written activity where I had to respond to parent concerns. I had a second zoom interview prior to a job offer.

Pleasant at first. Regional VP and successful manager at one online interview then was invited for a campus visit with another former HOS now campus success manager for a ' chat' , they claimed it was not a formal interview and said see you later at the end of the interview and claimed I would hear from HR at the end of the week. After maybe a week or so still hadn't heard back, no response from HR with a follow-up email, called and HR mentioned the end of the other week and told me I do not have to presume I am rejected , that they are just interviewing another candidate, and that I would be informed either way. Did not hear back ever since.

I recently went through the interview process with Guidepost Montessori and wanted to share my experience.
Pros:
One aspect I appreciated was the inclusion of written examples. This allowed me to demonstrate how I would respond to various situations, giving a clear picture of my thought process and problem-solving skills. It was a great way to showcase my abilities beyond just verbal responses in an interview setting.
Cons:
However, the process involved meeting individually with too many people. This resulted in at least four interviews before an offer was even extended. While I understand the importance of a thorough hiring process, the number of interviews felt excessive and time-consuming.
Overall, the interview process was a mixed experience with both positive and challenging aspects.
