After submitting my application, I was called about a week later with some general questions (like if I was still interested) and we scheduled a virtual interview via Zoom (this was during Covid). The interview had standard questions and none that seemed like trick questions. I was offered the position at the end of the interview and we discussed my pay and logistics. I signed a contract of employment later that day and came in later that week for two days of orientation, after which I started working.

It was quick and easy! They asked about my background in childcare and they asked typical interview questions. “What would you do if a parent did this__” “what kind of background do you have with children”
