I applied on their website, and was invited in for an interview in about a week. The interview went well, though a little awkward after I overheard the Head of School saying “she probably won’t even show up.” I was literally sitting there waiting for her in her office. After the interview, she sent me a “written exam.” I was to watch a few videos and write responses. I didn’t pour a ton into this, but maybe I should have. I have my Bachelors degree and many years of early childhood education experience, so I was surprised when they basically ghosted me. When I followed up with the head of school after over a week of waiting to hear about my final Zoom interview, she said I would hear from someone but never did. Very disappointing and a waste of time…
