The first step was an HR preliminary interview setup call where they just got basic information and mentioned a few groups that would like to interview with me. They set up times to interview with each group. The group interviews were simple phone calls with the hiring manager and sometimes a few team members. Each of them were generally straight forward and focused around related and general practical experience and less on generic personality questions that are common in interviews.

One 30-minute panel interview with 3 engineering managers on the team I was interviewing for. All behavioral questions, some about my experience on my resume, and some were more general.

Asked me to walk through my resume and questioned me about stuff from my resume. Overall, the interview was great and I loved the interaction with the people conducting my interview.
Simple behavioral interview, asked typical questions like tell me about a challenge, difficult coworker, asked about my involvement on campus in clubs and why I was interested in aerospace, gave time for me to ask questions about the position and benefits
