As the interviewee, the process involved two key stages: First Stage: Phone Interview In the initial phone interview, I had the opportunity to discuss my professional journey. The conversation revolved around my experiences, particularly focusing on the technology I’ve worked with and the projects I’ve been involved in. I was able to elaborate on my skills and showcase my expertise, providing a detailed account of my background in the field. Second Stage: In-Person Interview Upon successfully passing the phone interview, I proceeded to the in-person interview. This stage delved deeper into my roles and responsibilities in previous positions. I had the chance to share specific achievements and challenges I faced in my previous roles, highlighting my practical experience. Additionally, I was presented with hypothetical situations related to the prospective job. This allowed me to demonstrate my problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in real-time scenarios. Throughout the process, I felt that the structured approach provided a comprehensive evaluation of my skills and capabilities. It wasn’t just about what was on my resume, but also about how I could apply my knowledge and expertise to practical situations.
