The application process starts with uploading your CV on their application website. If your CV meets the requirements you're invited to an online interview provided by HireVue. You get questions and you need to record yourself and tell your answer. After you complete the recording, there are 2 games - one to check if you can spot details and second one to check how fast you can be while making easy calculations.
I got an email with invitation to their assessment centre few hours after completing the task. The email said that we need to prepare a presentation on why this company, why this industry and why they should hire us. Also, there was an information that we would have a group task, interview, excel task and the presentation.
When it came to the assessment day there was around 15 people who were put in a conference room. We were just told we would have a group task first and they divided us in two smaller groups and took us to two different rooms. After the task we went back to the conference room and we weren't told much, the HR lady would come in every some time and call somebody for a different task. For most of the time we were sitting in the room doing nothing so it would have been nice if they planned it a little differently (show us around the building, prepare some talks or even put some presentation about the company) so we wouldn't be sitting there and stressing. The Excel task was quite difficult, there was 7 or 8 questions which you needed to finish in 30 mins.
Although it was a great experience I feel it could have been better organised.
