I went through 4 rounds of interviews: the 1st with HR, the 2nd with the department head and manager, the 3rd with the head once more, and the 4th with the CEO. The initial three rounds were conducted online, while the final round was in person. All interviewers were friendly and I gained valuable insights from our conversations. After the last interview, the CEO mentioned that I would receive feedback within 3 days. However, after a week without any update, I reached out to the HR department but have yet to receive a response after 3 weeks. It's surprising for a company of this stature to not follow up.
