Interview
Simple process, in-person behavioral interview. 3 back to back inter 30 minutes each. Questions about habits, organizational skills, and communication. They dont expect you to know much about the reinsurance industry nor the role when you come in.
Super chill interview process- first hirevue, then 3 back to back 30 minute interviews with 2 different people each one. Mainly resume based questions which I think made it easier overall. The people there are also super nice.

Question 1
Tell me about a time... (ex: conflict, adapt, etc.)
The process started with a Hirevue interview of around 5 questions and three Hirevue "games." They hosted two Zoom events for prospective candidates and people interested in Guy Carp: 1) Reinsurance Overview and 2) Exploring Pathways. These do not appear to affect your chances. They say each office has a different interview timeline, but none of the timelines are disclosed. Their communication is not great, expect long times between interviews and after sending emails. However, they are all very nice.
