Interview process was pretty normal but the follow up was non-existent. Was told interview was good and would be contacted for next steps. Then nothing... not even an email. If ghosting is tolerated, then I prefer not to work at a company like that. I personally followed up with job candidates who I interviewed in all of my years of management. Yes, it took a little time, but it's called professional courtesy. The buck stops at the top if this is allowed.
