The most awkward interview i have ever had.!! The (senior) guy was late and didn't even bother to introduce themselves! I was expecting a structured interview whereby the questions are specifically targeting skills, qualities & knowledge acquired throughout my experience, however i have lived the opposite where i felt the (senior) could not ask a clear or specific question and clearly lacks of candidates assessment skills ( if not all skills required to perform his job !) Waste of time
