I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H E B (Northpark Village, LA) in Apr 2023

Interview

1st interview was a group interview of about 15-20 people. Did icebreakers and then a group activity and presented it as a group. 2nd Interview was in person with the current curbside manager: Asked a couple of questions maybe 3-5 and then I got offered the job. It's easy, the environment is friendly and you can ask questions. Pay is weekly as well and if you want more hours people are always willing to trade.

Group interview first, more about background work experience and about yourself. 5 questions and a selling presentation with a group. They give you 5 minutes to prepare. Interview only takes about an hour and will call you back if you make it to the second round of interview for a one on one.
