First you’ll participate in an online “interview” where you just record yourself answering questions and submit them. There’s a time limit for each question. Then from there you’ll asked to meet in person for an interview with the manager of the department you applied to. I was hired on the spot during the interview. Very casual, low pressure.

You have to do an online interview and then a 1:1 and if they feel like you are qualified then you have one more interview with the store manager.
