I can understand, deciding to not hire someone.
What I do not understand is how heartless that someone could be to tell someone that they will be contacted again later only to then to intentionally ghost them. Seeing as how quick they were to cost-shift their discomfort, rather than tell me that they decided to not hire me, I think it’s safe to assume it’s not a nice place to work. How cowardly.

HEB is huge on customer satisfaction, so they wanna hear you hype up how much of a people person you are and how you can make people happy through service.
