I applied for this position online & noticed there was a job fair for the warehouse. I went to the job fair and interviews were being conducted on the spot for the position. Warehouse order selector only. They were hiring a decent amount. After being interviewed I was taken to a recruiter’s office where I was offered the job contingent on both a drug test and physical fitness test

My interview was fairly brief just going over my job history, why I left former employers, why H‑E‑B & making sure I fully understood the tasks expected of the role.
I waited for almost a hour with a few others at tables and then the interviewer asked about my life and why I want the job and some basic questions about my qualifications.
