I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at H E B (Laredo, TX) in Jun 2018
Interview
It was pretty short I guess because they were in need of people. The interview is like a regular interview and then they talk about the company. They do background checks and sometimes drug test from what i heard. It took awhile for them to have me start working.
Large group interview in a room where we all sat at the same table and had to answer the same questions which got repetitive and you didn't want it to sound like you were stealing someone else's answer

I applied online. I interviewed at H E B (The Woodlands, TX) in Sep 2023
Interview
I haven't had an in person interview (yet), crossing my fingers, but so far, the application, and digital interview process has been easy and smooth! The Digital Interview itself is only 7 questions but before you start you have 2 practice questions. You get 2 attempts to answer the interview questions, and a chance to take breaks between each question. Even with my nerves, I think it went pretty well.

Question 1
I don't remember all of the questions but the won that stumped me was... they want to know about a time that you had to multitask, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome (did you successfully complete your objective) seeing that I multitask at everything I do, it was hard for me to think of one instance.
