It was very simple and easy, they just want to know you can work well with others and follow directions without being babysat. Depending on the culture of the store, they may be looking for more "hip" people.
3 interviews, gotta give your A game on all 3 since its different people at least for me it was, be polite and sound smart, have goals in mind they want people who are going to school trying to be someone. I remember there was a guy next to me with a folder and suit and I forsure thought he was getting it instead of me because I was casually dressed, however we both got it and he only last 3 months while i stayed 5 years and could've moved up had i stayed.

Two interviews the first one is in a group setting where they ask you to advertise a product. Second one is a conventional interview then they call you if you got the job very easy
