formal interview with many questions. Come prepared to speak on your past experiences and your personality on how you can make the company better. Seemingly looking for authentic and personable individuals. Interviewers were extremely pleasant and very interested in getting to know me on a personal level (have to be open and allow yourself to be vulnerable and honest). Questions centered around honesty, integrity, leadership, and fair-mindedness. I absolutely love all the members I have met so far at HG Fenton and it is a wonderful company to now have the privilege to be apart of!
