I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at H.G. Fenton (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
All of the people I interviewed with were genuine and friendly. Their questions were interesting and geared at getting to know your personal work ethic rather than just asking generic questions you get from other companies that use templates. It is a long process and there are multiple steps from phone screens to in person interviews but altogether I think it is because they only hire people they feel would do well at the job. Everyone seems to be a very happy employee and in the know of all benefits and company procedures.
