After an initial online interview, they asked that you complete a Predictive Index and then a Cognitive Behavior Assessment, and then a great on-site interview. When asked a few days later to my recruiter as to the status of the hiring process or next steps... she said, she received a TEXT stating "Chose another candidate.? WHAT??? What a waster of time and energy. Very Tacky and unprofessional.

Interview

The interview process can take a little long and it's very detailed (personality test, etc..). I respected the process because it showed me how important it was for the company to find the right candidate that fits the needs and culture of their company. I was not selected for the initial position I applied for but H.G. Fenton stayed in touch with me; They reached back out (a few months later) when another position became available. The 2nd interview process was quick - due to them already having most of my info from my 1st interview.
