Contacted me through LinkedIn, took a PI test, and then was contacted by a recruiter for a 30 minute phone screen. The process was fast and I was brought in the next morning for a 2 hour or so long interview where I was first presented with a logic test. Recruiter was amazing and helpful during the whole process. I spoke with 2 people during the interview process.

Interview
To start things off, Max made the process absolutely seamless and very welcoming. Honestly the interview felt like a chat at a coffee shop. Not intimidating in any way, just relaxed conversation. Note: Just Be Yourself.

Completed a Personality Index, then a teams interview, then a cognitive test, and then finally an in person interview. The first one was with one talent partner. The second interview was with 5 people, one part 2 people, the second part 3 people. All relatively simple, everyone very kind.
