There were several steps to the process, I had a phone screening with Kristy the recruiting leader, took a personality test and a skills assessment. But I was kept informed every step of the way, the process moved very quickly. Each person I met was extremely friendly and welcoming. I learned very quickly that I wanted to be a part of the team there at HG Fenton.
