Interview
I had a little bit of a unique application and interview process. It moved rather quickly, since I was placed at a property through a temp agency. I went through all the steps just at an accelerated rate. H.G. Fenton has several steps to their process- more then most places I have applied- but it's for a good reason. They want to make sure to find the right talent, personality and that its going to be a good fit for everyone. I enjoyed the process and learned a lot through it. Everyone that was involved was very nice and welcoming and made everything feel at ease. I learned very quickly that I could be 100% myself and that I wanted to be a part of the H.G. Fenton team.

To start things off, Max made the process absolutely seamless and very welcoming. Honestly the interview felt like a chat at a coffee shop. Not intimidating in any way, just relaxed conversation. Note: Just Be Yourself.

Completed a Personality Index, then a teams interview, then a cognitive test, and then finally an in person interview. The first one was with one talent partner. The second interview was with 5 people, one part 2 people, the second part 3 people. All relatively simple, everyone very kind.

It was an incredibly smooth and communicative interview process with a variety of welcoming and friendly people who are there for any questions or help needed! I enjoyed the entire process and felt that it went quickly and without issue at all! The process made me feel well-integrated from the get-go.
