Interview

From start to finish I was extremely impressed. I did 4 different interviews, which I like because that really means they are trying to find the right fit for their culture. Interviewing with peers was the icing on the cake because that shows that everyone has a voice, and that they care about their employees. Everyone I had contact with made me feel comfortable, it was extremely natural. Nothing seemed forced. Even though I went through quite a few interviews, it was speedy. They make sure they find the right fit, but do it quickly.
