Interview
Interview process was solid. There was an initial interview over Zoom/Microsoft Teams that talks more about the position and your experience (I wouldn't call this an interview; it is more of an introduction to the position and company). The second step is to take a Wordlic Assessment (aka an IQ Test).
The next step is scheduling an in-person interview with a member of the recruiting team to discuss experience and proving it (they ask questions about dealing with angry customers, difficult co-workers, etc.) as well as asking for other personal statements. I was also interviewed by two community property managers during this interview after the initial interview with the recruiter.
There is a third interview, which is usually hosted by the property managers that want to hire you on for their team (the specific property they manage). The third interview is similar to the second in questions and expectations.
In conclusion, there are two to three stages of interviews with different people. One virtual, and the other in-person. Multiple people will interview you, so my advice is to always be prepared for different questions and expectations.

To start things off, Max made the process absolutely seamless and very welcoming. Honestly the interview felt like a chat at a coffee shop. Not intimidating in any way, just relaxed conversation. Note: Just Be Yourself.
