H.G. Fenton interview questions

If I could give a feedback, I would say that the interviewer should try to talk to another candidates on zoom, FaceTime, google hangout or other App that enables her to talk “face to face”. Since here at United States there are people from all around the world with different accents, these Apps make our communication much easier. Talking through cell phone was not a good option, although I had suggested to talk through one of those apps. Furthermore, the interviewed should have a commitment with our time since she made an appointment to interviewer me but didn't call me on the agreed day

I applied on Indeed and received a call from a recruiting leader. We talked briefly over the phone to see if it was going to be a good fit and ended up scheduling a zoom interview for the following day. Upon completion of the first interview I was asked to set up an additional zoom interview for the following day with the community directors. The process starting out was a little intimidating due to covid-19 and having to do everything online however it was nothing to be worried about. The ladies i spoke with were extremely nice and very easy to talk with. Conversation flowed very naturally and it was a seamless process.
