H&M Customer Assistant interview questions

Really straight forward, no trick questions. All the types of questions you would expect (e.g. why do you want to work here, why do you want to work in fashion). Lasted about 30 minutes.

Group interview. It was uncomfortable and perhaps could have been more relaxed so people could be themselves. I felt as if you had to be the loudest and over the top to get the offer rather on your skills and attitude to the role. Also felt as the conductors of the interview were just employees they were unprofessional and almost enjoyed humiliating the interviewes and laughing about it among eachother.
