H&M Department Manager interview questions

If you are a sales advisor being promoted into an overhead position, the interview is pretty easy. They will ask about how you can effectively help your sales advisor team and work with the overhead team to assist with sales and profits of your particular store.

The interview process was pretty standard and lengthy. Phone interview then two zoom interviews. I was a Department Manager for years at a different company and was rejected after 3 interviews. When I contacted them to ask for feedback on how I could improve all three of them totally ghosted me. When I was a hiring manager I always provided honest feedback to rejected candidates so that they could improve. H&M never gave me any feedback or even an acknowledgement of my request. THEN they tried to contact me a year later for another interview. I said no thank you and told them about my interview experience before. No response again. Don't waste your time with this company they don't know what they're doing. There's a reason they have open positions all the time.
