On phone screening then face to face with store manager, the store manager was energetic and pleasant. She gave a lot of information about the company and expectations and allowed plenty of time for questions at the end

Interview

It took 3 weeks. First email from district recruiter and setup an interview day. Call lasted 30 min, lots of situational questions and was told that I will get a call from SM. Got a call from SM following day to setup in person interview for next week. Lasted 2 hours and same type of questions but more in details and lost of interaction within my answers. SM took me on sales floor and we went back for additional questions regarding floor observation. Got a call in 2 days with an offer.

A two step interview first with HR and one store manager, then two store managers currently looking for a DM, if one of them liked you then you got hired, but it was all very standard, more of a chat then an interview. They asked about my previous jobs and experience with things I’d be going to do.
