Interview
The interview was quite chill, it felt like a group of friends having a conversation whilst answering questions, the people I was with made it all the more comfortable, we first had an ice breaker, some questions about our education or life etc then normal interview questions but was fun, told us some stuff about rebranding of H&M, then the second stage for the interview was to create an outfit relating to a theme in a set time.

Question 1
They asked why you wanted to work at H&M
They’re values, they asked a scenario question about if your friend was to steal what would you do, then later they gave us a theme and we had to create an outfit for that theme but in groups and it was a set time.
The interview process was straightforward. I first completed a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. The questions focused on my work experience, personal style, and how I would fit the role overall.

Great process and team, connecting with everyone felt very easy. I had some behavioral questions and some about my experience. Ultimately they decided to move forward with someone else. I would recommend giving it a try.
