Un premier entretien téléphonique avec des questions sur l’expérience dans la vente puis un deuxième entretien en groupe avec des mises en situation et les préférences sur le poste et explication sur l’image de la boîte et les avantages proposés
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

Interview
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
