Interview
Applied online, got a call about 2 weeks later and did a brief phone interview and was invited to attend an assessment day the following week.
The assessment day consisted of about 17 applicants and we were put into smaller groups and did small activities around the shop floor such as tidying stock, table presentation and seeing how fast we could put stock out.
Group interview, asks about the H&M sustainability goals and their membership scheme. Also, we had to walk around the store and give feedback on what the store could improve on.
